Welcome to Naitik Sofa Repair (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our sofa repair and related services. By booking or using our services, you agree to follow the terms listed below.


1. Services Provided

We specialize in:

  • Sofa repair and restoration
  • Sofa fabric changing and stitching
  • Cushion refilling and replacement
  • Recliner and wooden frame repair
  • Home visit and pickup–delivery service

All services are provided as per customer request and product condition.


2. Service Booking

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
  • Service dates are scheduled based on technician availability.
  • A booking confirmation will be shared before the visit.
  • For urgent or same-day repair, additional charges may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices depend on sofa size, fabric material, and level of damage.
  • A price quote will be shared before starting the work.
  • Advance payment (minimum 30%) may be required for material purchase.
  • Remaining payment is to be made upon completion of work.
  • We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer.

4. Material & Fabric

  • We use high-quality fabric and materials approved by the customer before installation.
  • Once the fabric is cut and work has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
  • Color variation may occur due to lighting or digital display differences.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

  • We provide a 10–30 days workmanship guarantee (depending on service).
  • Warranty covers only repair or service-related issues, not fabric color fading or physical damage after delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure sofa accessibility for repair or pickup.
  • Keep pets and valuables away during the repair process.
  • Provide accurate address and contact information.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made before material purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Once fabric or material has been cut, no refund will be issued.
  • Service rescheduling can be done within 48 hours of booking.

8. Damages & Liability

  • Our technicians take maximum care while working.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing furniture issues, weak frames, or misuse after service completion.

9. Delivery & Timelines

  • Standard sofa repair completion time is 3–7 days depending on work scope.
  • Delays due to fabric availability or unforeseen conditions will be informed in advance.

10. Ownership & Content

All photos, logos, and content on our website or pages belong to Naitik Sofa Repair and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
